We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible.
“Soggiorno eccezionale”
E’ stato un soggiorno fantastico. Ci è stata offerta, per due notti, una camera molto più grande di quella che avevamo prenotato, con una veduta fantastica. Per la colazione la sera precedente ci chiedevano cosa volevamo ed a che ora, e la mattina la portavano in camera. Andavamo, poi, in terrazza e facevamo colazione guardando la caldera. L’ hotel si trova proprio al centro.

Otima localização e pro-atividade dos funcionarios. Foram bem atenciosos.
Não há acesso de carro, caso precise deixar malas ou parking.

NADA !!! Excessão aos funcionários, do motorista do transfer, aos serventes !! Meus maiores agradecimentos a recepcionista Rhara, super sorridente e disponível !! O café da manhã, servido no quarto e bom, mas longe de corresponder aos valores cobrados, outros resorts perto, igual ou mais baratos, com preços melhores….
Tudo !! Os quartos não correspondem as fotos, instalações velha, móveis velho, posicionamento do frigobar e TV, percebe se que um arranjo para tentar melhorar, banheiro velho, chuveiro tipo telefone que não fixa no lugar / altura, cortina mínima de plástico, que alaga o banheiro após cada banho, resumo, teria ficado em outro hotel resort, pagando menos com todas as conveniências, incluindo piscina e vista

“繁華街のど真ん中のオシャレなホテルです。”
スタッフの対応がとても気持ち良く宿泊出来ました。 ティラの繁華街のど真ん中に有り、ティラの何処へ行くにも便利でした。 屋上の共有テラスからの眺めは格別です。 ジャグジーも無料で使えるそうです。
車が入れないエリアにある為少し歩く覚悟が必要です。 バスステーションからスーツケースを引いて5〜10分で着きます。 1階の小さな入り口から2階の受付まで階段を使う必要が有り、スーツケースが大きいと大変です。
