“Excelente localização e staff muito gentil e atencioso”
Localização sensacional, a estação de metrô fica a menos de 5 minutos. O staff foi extremamente gentil, todos muito educados e atenciosos, Precisei de auxilio com alguns pacotes que enviei e todos foram muito gentis. O quarto muito confortável, cama boa e lençois de otima qualidade.

The view of Central Park from our room was absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast on the top floor was delicious, with a wonderful variety of options and an unforgettable view.
The reception staff were rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we checked in, we were simply told, in a rather abrupt manner, “Your room is number … and breakfast is downstairs at the bar.” Only after we asked, “Are you sure our breakfast is served at the downstairs bar?” did the receptionist reply, “Oh, actually, your booking includes breakfast on the top floor.” We would have missed out on one of the highlights of our stay if we hadn’t double-checked! The breakfast upstairs was completely different from the one served in the downstairs bar, both in terms of the variety of food and, most importantly, the spectacular view. The doormen were dressed rather untidily and seemed more interested in their phones than in the hotel guests. They would occasionally acknowledge people entering or leaving the hotel, reluctantly looking up from their screens. An automatic entrance door, as found in many other hotels, would have been much more convenient. As for the hotel corridors, they looked extremely old, worn out, and badly in need of renovation. And the air conditioner in our room was another disappointment. We honestly can’t remember the last time we encountered one so outdated and noisy.

Location is perfect, especially if you get the park view room. The staff were all very friendly. We had a corner suite, so the room was giant compared to most NYC hotel rooms. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well.
The building is old, so the a/c did not function great. A portable tower fan was very helpful for air movement. The beds were not the most supportive and the pillows were terrible. This was surprising for the price of the rooms.

C'est la 3ème fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien placé si on aime être en face de Central Park, ce qui est mon cas, sinon pour un quartier plus jeune avec restaurants etc il faut plutôt aller dans le sud de Manhattan ! La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Très jolie vue !
Gros problème au niveau de la salle de bain, beaucoup de saleté dans la baignoire au niveau de la faïence. À mon arrivée plus de shampoing plus de conditionner pas de sèche cheveux ce sont des erreurs malheureusement qui ne doivent pas arriver je me suis retrouvée dans la douche avec les cheveux mouillés sans avoir de quoi me laver les cheveux ! La baignoire a ensuite été complètement bouchée et le personnel n'a pas été très réceptif sur ma requête de faire quelque chose. Note négative surtout pour la dame de la réception qui était très désagréable et hautaine. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur du service que j'ai connu dans cet hôtel précédemment. J'espère que la prochaine fois si je reviens ces points de service et d'amabilité seront améliorés.
