住宿超级好！地理位置非常靠近Zermatt火车站，步行可达。酒店服务极佳，我们中午12点到酒店，给我们安排了提前入住，真的太高兴了☺️同时第二天我们因为出发时间早，没有办法吃早餐，联系酒店后他们提出可以给我们提前安排lunch box，内容也很丰富，有三明治水果饮料等等。酒店的设施也非常好，有泳池、sauna和turkish bath。服务人员非常热情，强烈推荐！

Es un hermoso alojamiento, la habitación era muy amplia y con vistas. Todo impecable. Nos encantó la piscina. El desayuno es espectacular. Y destacada atención de todo el personalizado

Tuvimos la mala suerte de que mi hijo de 4 años se lastimara muy fuerte con un estante con punta que había en la habitación. Está justo a la altura de los niños y es peligroso.

L’établissement est très propre et fonctionnel, la piscine est très jolie et agréable.

The person who checked us in was amazing and he made us feel prepared and very safe. We had a wonderful time. The view of the Matterhorn and the herd of blackface sheep nearby felt so beautiful. The breakfast was beyond great and having a heated pool onsite plus a free-to-use washer dryer downstairs was amazing!!!! I am sharing a picture of the Matterhorn from our balcony and a picture of the blackface sheep. Each sheep wears a cowbell and you can hear every step they take. They are adorable!!

The only thing we didn’t like having to leave….. it was so fun there!!

Good breakfast with a good selection. The chef and staff were very friendly and professional, and they kindly prepared fresh fried eggs for us on request. The reception staff were also welcoming, friendly and professional. We loved the location. We didn’t realise until the following morning that we could see the Matterhorn sunrise from our room — what a wonderful surprise!

We paid nearly CHF 500 for a stay of only around 12 hours, so we expected a much higher standard of comfort. One of the beds for the double occupancy was a sofa bed, which was disappointing. There were also no additional or spare pillows or quilts available in the room, which made the sleeping arrangements less comfortable than expected for the price.
