“Grand Luxury by the Ocean”
A magnificent hotel where grand architecture, luxurious details and Indonesian cultural elements come together beautifully. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge team was very helpful with bookings and arrangements. We loved the variety of restaurants, especially breakfast by the beach, followed by a refreshing swim. Our suite was beautiful, with lovely ocean and pool views. The spa was excellent, with special thanks to Novi and Fatimah for their wonderful treatments. Koral was another highlight, offering a unique underwater dining experience and an excellent signature set menu. After the jungle, the beautiful beach was the perfect balance to our trip. The weddings and celebrations throughout the resort also added a lovely, lively atmosphere. A memorable beachfront stay combining grand luxury, cultural character and beautiful ocean views.
“A Wonderful & Memorable Stay”
Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food, and great facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
“Overall 4 star, yet rated 5!*”

No iron no microwave too much burning trash

The main area for improvement was service consistency. At times, service was slow, and we had to follow up several times on our beach orders. Evening turndown service was also not provided every night, which was unexpected for a hotel of this calibre.
“Der perfekte 30. Geburtstag!”
Ganz klare Empfehlung!
