La gentilezza di tutto lo staff, soprattutto del cafè de la paix e della reception, la bellezza della struttura, la colazione che è letteralmente intercontinentale, con piatti da ogni parte del mondo la posizione super centrale

Foarte bun
the room was not properly cleaned as the furniture and fixtures had dust and triggered my allergies. the glasses in the room were not replaced and had to reuse them. I only got clean glasses after requesting them from housekeeping

Staff were great! Very clean. Lounge was great with amazing service and food.
We did not like the room. Bed was from two separate and one of us always fall in between. It was uncomfortable. Room service for that price was bad. No water upgrade,no coffee upgrade… When we asked for water,no one came.. 😔. But as we paid for VIP and lounge access,we took water from there,but still I think it should be mandatory for everyone.
