“Don’t fall for the pictures!”
I left after the first night instead of staying 5 nights . Only the sweet man from the baggage deposit deserves a star.
When we got in the room my 9 year old took a shower , we realized the room didn’t have towels . We called for towels and got them after more than 45 mins . Had to dry my shaking daughter with hair dryer. The beds weren’t made (pillows all over the bed and not even sheeted), I asked for clean sheets and the man brought them up and handed them over to me after 15/20 mins. After another 20 mins a lady arrived to make beds . Keep in mind this is all in the evening after a 10 hour flight so we were tired .. anyways we went to sleep and woke up in the morning : No hot water from the shower . I went downstairs and the reception guy was Horrifically rude and disrespectful. He was that extra bit that made me finally decide to leave . Also, rooms are ABSOLUTELY not as in the pictures . Very old and “sticky dirty” feeling .

Le gros point négatif, ce sont les ascenseurs. Trois petites cabines pour un hôtel de 420 chambres et 32 étages, si vous êtes sur les premières parties inférieures, c’est jusqu’à 15 minutes pour avoir une cabine de libre et descendre avec ses bagages

The property has a charm that gives it a classic look. The lobby is welcoming and the doormen are wonderful. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location to all areas, whether by foot or subway
No lunch or dining options.
