“Short and sweet will return soon!”
The staff were attentive and extremely helpful especially Olivier who helped with the bags.
“Great hotel, great location”
The reception staff were so friendly and very helpful with the check-in, hotel and local information. The room provided great refreshments and fresh bottled water. The beds were comfortable, and the best pillows I've ever slept in at a hotel (memory foam) and the towels soft and fluffy, not hard and over starched. The breakfast was amazing, great selection and variety and egg station to cook eggs any way you want. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and wellness area is beautiful and clean, pool temperature great.
“I enjoy my stay thank you”
Very nice

Minunat
“Terrible customer service. I expected more from a Pullman hotel.”
One bed was broken and as we got back late and only staying one night we communicated via email while checking out. It took weeks for a response and currently still ongoing.
Broken bed meant everyone in the family room (5 of us) had the worst night sleep!
“Top hotel!”
