Recenziile oaspeților

De la oaspeți care au rezervat și s-au cazat, prin partenerul nostru de date hoteliere.

8.8Excelent18.886 de recenzii

Curățenie7.2Mixed: several reviews praise the property as very clean and well maintained, but multiple reports note serious issues (sewage smell in a bathroom, dirty faucet/silverware, stains on sheets, damp smell in a hallway, and rooms not being cleaned during the stay) — overall lowered for these negative cleanliness incidents.

Servicii9.9Very positive: numerous comments praise staff by name and generally call the staff friendly, helpful and professional (e.g., Bilal, Karen, reception/pool/cleaning/door staff), with repeated mentions that staff made stays easy and comfortable.

Locație9.3Strong: multiple mentions of excellent location (close to major malls, good for layovers, easy sightseeing, shuttle service, free parking) — consistently highlighted as a key positive.

Calitatea camerei9.0Generally good: rooms described as large, comfortable and with very good beds and toiletries; some guests reported issues (flat pillows, unstable shower temperature, water pressure, bathroom door not closing, slippery tub) which slightly temper the score.

Facilități9.3Positive: guests note useful amenities such as free parking, shuttle, pool, good toiletries/body lotions, lobby coffee/tea; a few minor lacks (closet space, laptop connections) but overall amenities are well regarded.

Raport calitate-preț9.0Mostly positive: several guests call it good value or a decent choice for the price and suitable for layovers; one comment notes higher prices during peak periods — overall perceived as good value.

Mâncare și băuturi7.0Mixed-to-negative: while some guests said breakfast was good, there are multiple complaints about breakfast variety, hygiene concerns and repetitiveness that lowered this category.

Experiență generală9.7Very positive overall: many guests state they enjoyed their stay, would return, call it lovely/comfortable and praise the staff and location; isolated maintenance and cleanliness issues affected a minority of stays but overall experience remains strongly positive.

“Disappointed”

Free parking good location

Smell is of sewage in the bathroom. Dirty faucet, dirty silverware, stain on bed sheets. Hallway in floor 13 had a damp smell. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Temperature in shower would change by its self
