The location is ideal...within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the Matterhorn Museum, yet off the beaten path, so the setting is tranquil. Stunningly designed, every detail perfectly reflects the fact that this is the Alps' most iconic mountaineering community. Our room was spacious and over-the-top comfortable in every respect. (I wish I had taken pictures to share. Even the bathroom was spectacular!) We loved our flower bedecked balcony. The made-to-order breakfast was perfect. And every member of the staff was friendly, courteous, more than willing to help with every request. (We especially appreciated being picked up at the station. Thank you, Tim!)

El hotel es simplemente divino, el staff es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno es delicioso, la ubicación está más que bien, y la habitación estuvo perfecta también! 100% recomendado

ארוחת בוקר מעולה! הכי טובה שהיתה לנו בשווייץ, מאוד עשירה ומפנקת. המיקום מעולה והצוות מקסימים אחד אחד. החדר היה גדול ומפנק, העיצוב של החדר והמלון בכלל היה מאוד מוקפד והמחיר היה ממש משתלם.
ברור שהחדר עוצב במחשבה על זוגות רומנטיים, לא היתה דלת לחדר האמבטיה והיה צריך להתנגב/להתלבש במקלחון. המרפסת של החדר היתה משותפת עם החדר ליד (כלומר, לא היתה הפרדה) וזה היה ממש מוזר כי היו יכולים להכנס לנו למרפסת ולהציץ לנו לתוך החדר (יש וילונות לפרטיות, אבל עם נוף כזה מי רוצה לסגור את הוילונות).

Ens ha encantat absolutament tot. La situació i orientació de l'hotel et permeten tenir unes vistes immillorables del Matterhorn. Les habitacions estan cuidades al detall. L'Spa ens va encantar. Vam agafar uns dies que hi havia poca gent a l'hotel i ens vam sentir molt a gust amb tot el personal. L'esmorzar molt complert.
La propera vegada haurem d'agafar una habitació diferent ja que des de la nostra no es veia directament el Matterhorn sinó que t'havies d'ajupir una mica. No hi havia Netflix a la tele.
Nu se percepe nicio plată acum. Totalul afișat este suma pe care o plătiți, cu taxe și comisioane incluse.
