Great location, helpful and professional staff. The place felt safe and secure.
The shower/toilet proximity; water constantly on the floor due to shower curtain as opposed to a hard barrier.

Great location, the staff are the nicest people ever and very helpful, room and facilities are clean and good.
Wifi could be a bit better but really nitpicking here it was a really good experience

Amazing location, very nice staff and beautiful environment. Restaurant and spa options inside the hotel were amazing. Food options were truly wonderful, staff was always available to help. Beach and shopping street is less than 5 minutes walk.
We couldn put anything on a room bill, could've been a bit easier to do so, but still okay. The bathroom floor floor stayed wet as we showered, there was some issue with the sink there.

Everything was amazing, from the moment to check in to check out it was very smooth and seamless. The room was very clean and tidy, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade. The hotel is value for money and right next to Seminyak beach and the markets, making it an amazing location as there are lots of things to do near by.
There's not 1 thing I didn't like everything was amazing.
