La posizione e la vista, direttamente sulla Tour Eiffel
La pulizia, la dotazione di asciugamani evidentemente insufficiente per 4 persone e per più giorni.
“Acho que ficou a desejar um pouco em cada aspecto da estada (limpeza, acomodação, café da manhã).”
A localização era boa. O café da manhã bem razoável (ficou a desejar a limpeza do local). Os recepcionistas não eram muito atenciosos. Na real, eu não voltaria.

Except the Eiffel Tour View from so called (from Reception) the Best Room in a 200+ room hotel paying $1,000/night+ even view didn't do justice!
With more than 30yrs exp. operating hotels in Italy and Australia and staying over in many more,,,,, this experience was the worst so far.. a lobby entry that provided the feel of entering in a rather backpackers lodge than in a $1,000/night+ hotel... But the reception staff made this stay the worst that it seemed. Stayed 2 nights on the second @ 5am requested a maintenance room service for a blocked toilet (was requested to wait till 10am or could've being handed over a plunger for self-repair!!!!) further service updates were requested after midday and 4pm,,, for then to have a room serviced 12hrs later sometime around 5!!! To make things worst management decided to have maintenance work with hammer drills in the room next door from 11am till we went crock at them sometime after 5pm!!! Top rim of shower/bath tiles were covered in black mould, broken tile vanity, mouldy windowsills.

La stanza era tutto sommato pulita, ma necessitava di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione e pulizia.
