Fantastic room, cleanliness and very well maintained. Best is breakfast, I forgot the name who's helping out during the breakfast, she's incredible in making very nice Cappucinno every morning and hot chocolate for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Raffaello in Rome and would happily stay here again! The location is fantastic — about a 16-minute walk to the Colosseum, 18 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and 25 minutes to the Pantheon. The surrounding area is also wonderful, with so many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The customer service was truly unparalleled. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and we loved the little touches like the espresso machine in reception and the pastries available every day. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, and they even brought out a slice of cake for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise! A special mention to the lovely woman who hosts breakfast — she was absolutely amazing and made each morning even more enjoyable. Our room was lovely, and the air conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated during the hot Roman weather. The rooftop was another highlight — peaceful and quiet, and we really enjoyed relaxing there with €5 glasses of Chianti. 🍷 Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend Hotel Raffaello enough. Fantastic location, beautiful rooms, exceptional service, great breakfast and so many thoughtful touches. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome! 🇮🇹❤️

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location in Monti was perfect. We walked everywhere for shopping and restaurants. The morning breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a perfect end to a long day. Speaking of the rooftop bar - My husband accidently left his backpack on one of the chairs and the staff was kind enough to bring it to the front desk for us to retrieve. Our trip could have went in another direction if they were not this kind. My husbands passport and car keys were in his pack. We were feeling very lucky to stay in such a secure place. Thank you for the team at the hotel for making our stay so nice and safe. We will see you again.

Unknown charges at the end of our Stay, it could have been fair if you tell upfront on other charges, I paid additional 110 Euros with no clear explanation.
