Чистота8.2Mostly praised (daily housekeeping, polite cleaner, towels changed regularly) but one serious negative report: filthy floors, staff entering despite do-not-disturb sign, rummaging through belongings and items/money reported missing — net mixed sentiment.
Обслуживание9.8 overwhelmingly positive: owners and staff frequently described as very kind, welcoming and helpful; excellent, attentive housekeeping. One isolated complaint about staff responsibility regarding a theft, but overall service sentiment is excellent.
Расположение9.6Consistently praised: central, about 10 minutes to Fira center, very close to bus stop/KTEL and walking distance to restaurants and caldera; convenient for island transport and sightseeing.
Качество номера9.4Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds, sea-view balconies, kettles and useful items provided; occasional downside: balcony noise from traffic/neighbours reported by one guest.
Удобства9.3Positive mentions of a small, pleasant pool area with sun loungers, reception coffee/tea and biscuits, and available utensils; overall amenities seen as charming and useful for a small family-run hotel.
Цена и качество9.2Not explicitly discussed in reviews; assigned the target overall rating (standard quality for this hotel tier).
Еда и напитки9.0Limited but positive mentions (free warm drinks and biscuits, complimentary snacks at reception); no full dining reviews but small F&B touches appreciated.
Общее впечатление9.1Majority of guests report a wonderful, welcoming and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality and location; one guest reported a serious theft incident that negatively impacted their holiday, so overall is very positive but not flawless.
