“Perfect location to see the Matterhorn!”
Our room was excellent no. 406. The Matterhorn was right in front of us. When we woke up, we saw the Matterhorn from our bed! We took many good photos from our corridor. Staff were very attention and had good service mind.
“My Favorite Hotel in Zermatt”
This is my favorite hotel in Zermatt! The spa is wonderful with a great view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop pool! The complimentary afternoon tea with cakes and snacks is so nice! The rooms are clean and cosy, and have great ventilation with fresh Zermatt air giving one the best night's rest. There's also an excellent gym, and a renovated restaurant, a viewing terrace (Matterhorn views), ski shop and chocolates at reception.

“스위스 최고의 호텔 중 하나!”
조식과 애프터눈 티는 수준이상, 워낙 스위스호텔들 조식이 취약해서. 룸 수준도 전반적으로 좋았고, 마터호른이 정면에 보이고, 1층 식당은 5성급호텔보다 좋았음. 진짜 부티크호텔 느낌. 요청하면 기차역까지 무료셔틀 운행. 전반적으로 다 좋았던 숙소임.

I cannot actually complain! I just want to say that getting out of the rooftop pool and walking to get your towel and robe is really cold and one must be careful not to slip on the tiled steps and tiles. Other than that, it's so good!
