“Wonder Hotel”
We went to Italy as a birthday celebration and decided to stay at the Independent Hotel. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and tidy. The view from the restaurant/bar on the top floor was was simply stunning, particularly at night. The breakfast had a good variety to chose from, and the drinks were amazing! We were particularly fond of the cocktails. It's in the perfect location to catch transportation. The reception will happily call you a taxi if you need one too. Everything was a short distance away. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was cosy and charming. The air conditioning was a life saver after being out in the July Italian heat!

Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de Roma Termini, muy lindo hotel con habitación amplia super cómoda y excelente desayuno, el personal muy amables todos.
Hay un único ascensor y demora un poco, Pero es lo único. Todo lo demás excelente.

The property should be very clear about what is chargeable and what is not in the room food items For instance there were two bottles of wine in the room with no mention of the charge for these or whether they were complimentary The lift for upper floors was small

Proximity to Termini station/Metro, easy to travel across Rome. Quite place. Clean Rooms
Had a terrible specific experience. There was a missing tile edge trim in the shower room and in the morning I cut my leg on the exposed sharp piece of ceramic wall. The Hotel Stuff could not call a doctor. They ordered a Taxi to a non existent first aid station (I paid for the taxi) and I had to return back to a hotel and find and arrange a doctor on my own. The stuff fixed the broken part in the wall the same day, but I felt on my own, the stuff did not care about me, no compensation of any sort. Walking with bleeding bandage was painful, the stuff did not even ask if I need something to be brought to my room, like breakfast. Other than this experience, everything else was fine
“Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel”
Tolle Lage mit 300m vom Bahnhof Termini. Absolut ruhiges Zimmer, trotz Lage zur Straße. Sehr schöne kleine Dachterrasse auf der es auch das Frühstück gibt - mit Blick über Rom aus dem 8.Stockwerk. Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel war super praktisch.

Nice rooms, great roof top bar.
We asked for a late check out as my wife was not feeling well, we would have been happy to pay for this but we were told they could not help us as the hotel was full. However when I went online I had a choice of rooms to choose from for the day we were leaving.
