“Loved this place”
Loved absolutely everything about this place. The hotel is beautiful and clean, pools are amazing, staff extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the sands restaurant is perfect at sunset. There are also amazing activities during the day, overall a great experience!

Fantastic! Good location and rooms are nice and clean. Access to the lagoon is amazing.
Only 1 minor thing. We made a deposit. And we thought we would get the remaining back at the end of our trip. This was not the case. It was most likely our own fault (didn’t understand it at check in). The hotel compensated by giving us a free ride to the airport which was very nice of them.

The breakfast was amazing and catered for any cuisine. The room was spacious, excellent bathroom and a small balcony to sit on. There are 3 pools the one thing that could be improved is a couple of hand rails for each pool
Lack of hand rails at steps.When we were leaving an elderly woman slipped on the steps and hurt her leg.

The resort was very welcoming the minute you walked in
I was in one of the villas room 3153 for a week the villa itself was great I didn’t like the location of having to go outside the resort to get to it to open to strangers and not safe in my opinion .
