Čistota8.2Generally positive about housekeeping (cleaning staff called helpful), but some complaints about buffet/food area hygiene and presentation.

Obsluha9.9Consistently praised — multiple guests singled out reception staff (Nadiya, Pallav), exceptional assistance, helpful with late check-out and guest requests.

Poloha9.5Frequently praised: convenient (near airport), opposite the creek, good access to local amenities and beach/park options.

Kvalita izby8.0Mixed: several guests reported spacious, comfortable rooms and good views; a few noted small rooms and a broken shower.

Vybavenie7.6Good offerings noted (valet parking, pool, ample parking), but guests disappointed by reduced lounge access and limits on drinks/privileges.

Pomer cena/výkon8.1Mixed signals — some guests mention good price and spacious rooms, while others note the property is 'not cheap'.

Jedlo a nápoje6.8Several negative comments about breakfast variety, buffet presentation and food quality; this is the weakest area in reviews.

Celkový dojem9.1Overall positive experience driven by strong service and location, though F&B and some amenity changes lowered satisfaction for some repeat guests.

“Retornaria, com certeza”

Staff extremamente prestativo e atencioso.
