“Besides the lush and beautiful grounds, the staff made our visit incredible. People from Bali are like no other people I”
The area around the spa were the most peaceful and beautiful serene grounds I’ve ever relaxed in.
“Séjour tranquille sans stresse”
Proximité avec le centre Les personnel on est très bien prises en charge
“Good but not amazing”
Great location, love the restaurants
My friends shower wasn’t cleaned and the floors were dirty
“We would come again.😊”
The environment and all the staff were fantastic. The food was excellent.
It was extremely noisy throughout most of the day, with constant banging and drilling. Staying in the room was impossible, as the noise echoed throughout the building due to work being carried out both inside and outside.
“Luxurious break from reality”
The staff, so friendly
The bed was so big it made our room seem small and quite cramped
“Up market hotel with great breakfast”
Amazing breakfast- over and above other 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Wide range of tropical fruits that are sliced or juiced to order. Excellent coffee. They even make all the iced coffees that are currently trending. The rooms were excellent-loved the separate toilet and double vanity. Also had great bathroom storage.
The pool was lackluster. No shaded areas. Lots of midgies/sandflies around the pool, you could see bites on a lot of people. The jacuzzi and sauna was only ladies only so I couldn’t go in with my husband. Also it didn’t open until 9am which was disappointing. The in house 60 min massage was useless-the worst in Bali.
