“Fantastic Location & Incredible Service, But Minor Room Maintenance Issues – 4/5 Stars”
We had a wonderful stay overall at the Pullman Bali and found so much to love about the property! The Highlights: Outstanding Staff: The highlight of our stay was easily the team working here. The staff are extremely friendly, warm, and attentive. Every interaction was met with genuine hospitality, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Modern & Clean Facilities: The resort amenities and common areas were top-notch. Everything felt very modern, spotless, and well-maintained throughout the property, from the lush pool areas to the common lounge spaces. Unbeatable Location: The location is absolutely prime. You are right in the heart of everything you need—restaurants, shops, markets, and the beach are all within easy walking distance, making it super convenient to explore without constantly needing transport.

Nothing
Dobré
Location and staff
Like all hotels in Bali, over time they get tired. It has lots of wood which doesn't age well. The pool was very warm all the time.
“Enjoyable”
Location
Rooms were a bit dated
“We loved our time there and would stay again.”

The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. More expensive than our countries counterparts which are part of the Accor experience.
When booking listing all occupants, then requiring to pay an extra $250 to pay for a roll out bed when the accommodation was advertised as being able to facilitate everyone. Then the hotel saying that our 13 year old could sleep in our bed.
Zatiaľ nič neplatíte. Uvedená suma je celková cena vrátane daní a poplatkov.
