“The perfect place to stay”
It was in the perfect spot, not realizing it, but it was. It was right next to where you could take the picture of the Matterhorn when the sun rises. It was right by the bus stop. You just take the public elevator down, which is just across the street. Their breakfast is amazing. The people working there are amazing. If I come back, I would stay there again. And I love the red slippers.

Location was good, and I was given a room facing the mountain. Amenities and fixtures in the room was great. Clever design with USB port to easy travellers like me. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Friendly and helpful staff.

El spa mixto no es de mi gusto. Tal vez días de hombre, de mujeres y mixtos sería más inclusivo para el extranjero.

L’emplacement, la taille des chambres, l’equipement, la gentillesse du personnel et le petit dejeuner varié. Proche du centre ville et de la gare.

The breakfast was good and beds were comfy.
The lady behind the desk was very rude to the people checking in whilst we were waiting to check out. There was an obvious language barrier and she wasn’t being very patient, especially as they were about to pay over 600CHF for two nights. I would not accepted being spoken to like she was to them. The hotel is VERY expensive but everything in Zermatt is.

마테호른이 창 너머로 바로 보이는 너무 멋진 뷰가 최고였어요 테라스에서 차마시면서 감상했습니다 객실 슬리퍼도 주고 물도 지하에서 떠올수 있고 조식도 너무 맛있고 방도 따듯하고 좋아요 미리 얘기하면 셔틀서비스도 저녁5시까지는 사용 가능하다고 합니다 너무 편했어요
