“Luxurious hotel wonderful service”
Wonderful hotel. Service was exceptional. Rooms were spacious clean fully equipped. Four restaurants on site nice pool and spa very helpful with requests and recognized my husbands birthday and I don’t remember telling them about that. Great value for price and we left happy and relaxed would definitely stay again
“Location was good”
It was nice they gave us a room for early check in at 12 noon Location was 10 mins away from Dubai Mall with traffic
Úžasné
The best breakfast there is in any luxury hotel
Úžasné
The Hotel is Beautiful, it is very clean, and the most important the Service of the personal is Amazing, everyone Are, so friendly
Veľmi dobré
Hotel is very good but when I checked in I had to wait for one and half hour ..
Úžasné
All great
Príjemné
My experience was disappointing. The reception was good, but the staff at the hotel entrance did not seem experienced in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service opened my room door twice without permission and without knocking, even though I had already complained to the housekeeping manager after the first incident, yet it happened again. I also tried the hotel massage service: I booked for one hour but only received 49 minutes, and the cleanliness was average. Regarding the food, I ordered room service and tried the Arabic breakfast, Indian dinner, and a light pizza. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor, and I would not recommend ordering room service at all
Úžasné
Had an excellent stay.
