“Very nice facility, I would stay there again.”
The location, cleanliness, and the staff
“Excellent boutique hotel. Great find! Great location!”
Arrival at 1am and the front desk was still busy with people. Friendly front desk service. The room had a great view of the skyline which you couldn't see much of until the morning. Location excellent near the Port Authority Bus Terminal and Times Square. Short walk to Madison Square Gardens. Bed was so comfortable and instantly fell asleep. Woke up very refreshed. Great use of a small space in the room. The room was very modern and well decorated.
“Excellente situation”
L’emplacement
Les temps d’attente de l’ascenseur sont trop longs jusqu’à 10minutes, 3 ascenseurs pour 41 étages dont un le soir qui est privatisé pour l’accès au bar au 40eme étage, c’est vraiment dommage.
“Not the most relaxing”
The location was great. Rooms were compact but clean and modern. Staff were all friendly.
Bed was so uncomfortable. Very hard despite being a deep mattress. Noise from outside could be heard all through the night. Sirens and tooting horns.
“Bad”
Blankets were dirty and the valet didn’t shut my car off and killed the battery and did. It refund me. They did not know how to jump the car so I had to call someone.
“Would definitely recommend!”
Clean and amazing location!
They need to fix the elevators.
