“Overall we enjoyed our stay at Lugana.”
Room was fantastic and the staff were outstanding. We loved the breakfast and accessibility to the beach was amazing. The resort is also well located in the Nusa Dua area, close to Bali Collection for shopping and restaurants.
We didn't love the fact that there is no swim-up bar! Service around the pools was a bit slower than we'd like and eating/drinking in this resort is expensive. Our pillows were also not comfortable, and although they were swapped over, the replacements were very small.
“Geweldig resort op een goede locatie”
Wat een geweldig resort! Aardig personeel, mooie kamers, fantastisch ontbijt en goede locatie
Er is geen gezellige strandbar, beachbar
“Beachhotel”
Schönes Zimmwr. Relativ schöner Strand Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet
Starke Tide. Beachrestaurantt war leider für Frühstück geschlossen.
Zelo dobro
Our room was a little bit tied cupboards need repairs
“Best holiday and hotel”
Absolutely stunning resort, everything was perfect, wonderful staff and even small details to make our stay more perfect. Just as an example for how hotel cares about details: there was a staff member who gave away free little icecreams every day around lunch at the beach.
Really nothing
“Pure Erholung unter Freunden in einem traumhaften Resort.”
Eine schlicht traumhafte Unterkunft, welche durch eine tolle Poollandschaft, schöne Zimmer, gepflegten Strand und leckere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten überzeugt. Das grösste Hghlight waren die Mitarbeitdenden. Unglaublich herzlich, zuvorkommend und man konnte sich so nur zu Hause fühlen.
Absolut nichts, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!
