Exceptional location. Very clean and well presented; rooms were modern. Staff were friendly and approachable. After a nightmare taxi from the airport to the hotel the concierge kindly arranged a private car to take us from the hotel to the airport for a fraction of the price.

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on a high floor, and the room was very quiet. The blackout curtains were excellent, keeping the room nice and dark in the morning.
The room was a bit too dark in the evening, as there wasn’t enough lighting. There also weren’t enough hooks to hang towels and clothes.

The noise (seemed like air vents from outside, the cleaning of the roads, etc) through the windows was unbearable. The rooms (or at least our room) are desperate for further window glazing. The sleep without ear plugs was impossible! For $4500 during our stay we would expect to be able to sleep. Unfortunately, I would not consider rebooking the hotel again.

The breakfast was a joke . Tiny portions and expensive . I mean really tiny portions of eggs and even the toast was tiny . The waiter was very nice You should have a real little restaurant there and for lunch also not a few cold sandwiches.
The restaurent was lousy By the way I lost my credit card did you find a cibc credit card ending in 1675 ?

La posizione, centralissima ma defilata dal caos di Times Square, camera ampia e pulitissima
Mancava tutto il kit di cortesia del bagno, ho dovuto chiedere anche la cuffia X la doccia, assente anche lo specchio con l’ingrandimento. Inoltre abbiamo pagato la colazione che in realtà è solo un caffè con qualche pasta e dello yogurt. Solitamente negli hotel la colazione è completa a buffet, non qui che è solo grab and go
