The beach was very peaceful and good winds, also cool in the afternoon and evenings
“Lovely resort to relax”
Lovely garden and surrounds. Quiet end of town. Daily activities were good .We stayed in a pool villa which was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

I had to Upgrade as the room booked through Booking.com was unsuitable and because I booked through Booking.com and not direct the Upgrade charge was higher

I liked my room location; it was close to the beach, pool, and restaurant.
The WiFi was bad; there was only 1 restaurant, and the menu never changed. I didn't have much of a selection when it came to dining.

We went for my mum's belated 70th birthday I was looking for a cake The staff organized a little cake and decoration in the room for my mums surprise. It was so lovely 😍 We appreciated every moment. Making our memories of benoa novotel even sweeter.
Everything was perfect Enjoyed the sunrise at the beach Great buffet breakfast and the swimming pool was great as well.

The location is a bit far away from the Nusa Dua area. Breakfast was good quality, but with very limited variety, especially if you don’t eat meat
