Friendly staff, location was great being so close to Notre Dame, walking along the Seine River, relaxing in the Luxembourg Gardens, many great restaurants/Pubs nearby, etc.

Very helpful staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Staff arranged transportation to and from airport and all our taxis. Really helpful.

Location was great, staff were helpful, actual room was very well thought out.
It was very very loud, not just from the proximity to the Sorbonne and its student nightlife, but also from room to room. I could hear other guests taking the elevators, climbing the stairs, etc. at all hours. The room door's electronic privacy feature was also broken. And it could really use an interior lock or deadbolt--staff accidentally entered my room twice without really waiting after a knock, though this issue was remedied after I requested a physical "do not disturb" sign.

Clean, spacious, stylish and new rooms, perfect location, very good breakfast with many sweet and savory options, free coffee/tea bar with sweet treats in the afternoon, very helpful and friendly staff
