I like the ambiance just when we entered the Hotel the reception area is huge with very nice coffee shop with indoor and outdoor space and I was able to book the Sensory room for my meeting which is so aesthetic. Thank you so much Novotel!

I had such a wonderful stay here, and honestly, it's the people who made it. From the moment I checked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction came with a smile. You can tell they actually care about their guests and love what they do.

Restaurant is limited and expensive but the food was good.
“No hot water- not worth it!”
Location is perfect for WTC.
There was no hot water for shower or sink- though this was raised on the first day nothing was done, I was simply told I need to let it run- letting it run for 5 mins still no hot water for the durartion of my stay. The ettle was broken- not fixed even though I requested it. Service was terrible.
