Our room was an Ocean View Balcony and it was massive! We could see the beach, the pool and the band playing at night from our balcony. Super comfy bed and pillows with quality bedding. Everything was exceptional in our room. The pool was excellent with plenty of shady daybeds and great service. Wonderful view of the beach at breakfast with a great buffet and a fresh cooked menu as well. Food was great quality. Evening cocktail on the breakfast/roof with amazing sunsets. Saya Bintang and the front desk team were always helpful and fun.

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein sehr großes Zimmer mit gutem bequemen Bett.
Der Pool sollte renoviert werden, kaputte Fliesen. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man das dieser auch besser gesäubert wird. Zimmer roch muffig.
Zaenkrat Vam ničesar ne zaračunamo. Prikazani znesek je tisto, kar plačate, z davki in pristojbinami.
