This hotel is terrific! It’s in a fabulous location, spectacular views and the service is absolutely lovely as is the food.

All great EXCEPT the lifts at the hotel. Too few which meant we had to wait for a long time to go up to or down from the room

Location perfect
Elevators are a disaster, you can’t plan for anything as you sometimes have to wait for 15 minutes to get to or from your room. It’s a continuous irritation, once missed breakfast and had to run out to a meeting without a coffee

We will no longer stay at the Dominick unless the elevators are fixed. Impossibly long waits 15 min and longer. This ruined the whole stay.
