“Would stay again”
Location was wonderful. Quick access from Moynihan station. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms clean. Would definitely stay again.

“Great place to stay, amazing location”
Location was great, very easy to get to the train station, Madison Square Garden, Times Square. Staff was very helpful, very friendly, being able to store the luggage before, and after checkout was great. Everything was very clean, room was very nice, great view.

The location to MSG is perfect! If driving in yourself and parking at Dock parking, leaving is a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean.

The staff was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean an roomy. Shower pressure was amazing. Location perfect. Breakfast was awesome. They held ours bags even after we checked out, great service! Also loved tge rooftop bar, we didn't partake in any drinks but were allowed to enjoy the atmosphere and view at night. Beautiful views
The price of a bottle of water in room. They did give us 2 complimentary bottles at desk. Overall its a small complaint for a fabulous stay. We were able to doordash water.

We were in a handicap room (did not ask for a handicap room) and the floor got so wet after showers. There was no mat to put down so we put towels down to avoid slipping on the floor.
