An exceptional experience at the hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Even though some parts of the hotel were closed, it did not affect our experience at all because of the excellent hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I especially loved the boat driver he was always available, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Меня заселили в другой отель без согласования со мной, у меня был забронирован вид на лагуну, в итоге получила вид на сад. Аквапарк и часть ресторанов не работали,об этом также не было информирования

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich traumhaft. Sehr gepflegt, harmonisch und idyllisch. Sehr grün. Wunderbare Restaurants, Tennis und Paddel Courts, Gym- traumhafter Strand
