WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL!!! Great personnel that made us feel so welcome from first minutes and were very helpful any time we needed anything. Really spacious and clean room (cleaning staff so good and so friendly). Additional facilities (sport centre, sushi restaurant and wine and cheese tasting). Hotel close to many subway stations (one literally on the door step). Plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops within 5 mins walking distance. Wall Street and Charging Bull round the corner. South Ferry to Staten Island 10 mins walk (ferry is FREE OF CHARGE - do not buy any tickets from the on street scammers!) One more thing worth to mention as some people may find it helpful, the hotel's breakfast includes tea/coffee/juice/water/milk, good selection of bagels and muffins/croissants, jams/honey/Philadelphia cheese/butter, cereals and porridge pots, yogurt and some fruits. No meats or eggs or hot food selection. We don't usually eat breakfast before 10 am but I have seen breakfast bar being really busy. If you don't like your breakfasts on a sweet side, the close by area has plenty places you can go and grab something you like at any time that suits you. And many Starbucks cafes close too. Really really great choice! And we got bargain! We timed it so well. Many thanks to the team and management. You made our stay so enjoyable! You are massive asset to this hotel! We will definitely stay there again. Monika & John

Tolle Lage, verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen
Frühstück ist sehr eintönig und überschaubar. Pappbecher, Pappteller und Plastikbesteck muss man mögen. Keine Abwechslung, es gab 7 Tage das Gleiche. Herzhaft wird gar nicht angeboten. Und Geräuschempfindlich darf man nicht sein.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen. Mehrere Subway Stationen und die Fähre sind gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte im Bad.Die abendliche Weinprobe haben wir sehr genossen . Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr angenehm.
Da wir ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer hatten, war die Raumgröße ok. Es fehlte jedoch an Stau- und Ablagemöglichkeiten, der Schrank ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt unpraktisch.

Breakfast!! I would really appreciate a more substantial, savory breakfast, with simple options such as regular bread, cheese, and coffee. It would also be great if breakfast and especially coffee were available for a longer period in the morning. I noticed other guests coming in just to get a cup of coffee. Since there is no coffee machine in the room, having coffee available throughout the morning is particularly important. Thank you for taking this into consideration!

Too expensive for the size room and poor quality of TV Breakfast was middle of the road Ok. I've traveled a lot this past month, and I can't remember the breakfast at the FIDI, so it wasn't bad and it wasn't great...

Very good place to stay in NYC for sightseeing. A bit expensive but compared to other hotels in NYC prices can be considered reasonable.
Lack of daylight in the room (window facing another building), but it is a common thing in NYC?
