8.7Shkëlqyeshëm3 839 vlerësime

Pastërtia9.4Consistently praised across reviews — rooms described as very clean, 'impecável' and kept immaculate throughout stays.

Shërbimi9.3Many guests call staff friendly and helpful, though there are several reports of delayed check-in, inconsistent information and a notable refund/management failure.

Vendndodhja9.6Repeatedly noted as excellent and extremely close to Times Square and major points; a few comments mention busy or somewhat dirty surroundings.

Cilësia e dhomës8.4Beds frequently described as very comfortable, but rooms are often small/tight and multiple guests report significant noise and poor soundproofing.

Komoditetet8.9Positive mentions of in-room coffee machine and daily bottled water; amenities generally good though bar service received criticism.

Vlera për çmimin8.0Mixed impressions: good location and comfort for many, but complaints about surroundings not matching expected luxury and issues with a held guarantee reduce perceived value.

Ushqimi dhe pijet8.0Breakfast is recommended by guests, but bar/customer service at the bar is reported as lacking.

Përvoja e përgjithshme8.0Many guests report a very positive stay (clean, comfortable, great location), while a subset experienced serious service and noise problems that lowered their overall impression.

“Leuk hotel, minder geschikt voor een gezin”

Het is een mooi verzorgd hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

Een hotel nabij Broadway is natuurlijk erg druk. Het is ‘s nachts dus ook best wel heel lawaaiig (ook op de 29e verdieping).

Nobody answer to the e-mail. They don't give you an invoice at the end of your stay. The sink is in the room, separate from the bathroom.

“We enjoyed the record player but were surprised and disappointed that there were not any Michael Jackson albums availabl”

This hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. We loved seeing all the music history artifacts.

The translucent, sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom caused the whole room to be flooded with light whenever one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. A solid door would make more sense.
