The Udaya Resorts and Spa

We had a wonderful stay at The Udaya. After a long trip it was great to receive warm greetings and smiles. Our room had a nice layout with a balcony and soaking tub and the bed was very comfortable. The first stop after getting our luggage to the room was to the Deeva Restaurant where we had grilled fish and crispy duck which were delicious. We sampled various options and also reserved the intimate rooftop dinner which was an experience not to be missed. Included amenities were daily breakfast, afternoon tea, a happy hour, pool & jacuzzi, yoga classes and a complimentary shuttle to the nearby city center. You can also arrange tours with a guide to enjoy surrounding activities and points of interest (ask for Degus). Make sure to stop into Kaveri Spa as well where those ladies knocked out all the kinks in my back! Thank you Radi & Sri. I am looking forward to the next stay and will definitely book clients here.

Only thing I can mention is that the fish for rooftop dinner was overcooked so we let the staff know for future consideration. They were quick to remedy this and provide us substitutions.

Staff go over above and beyond. The best stay I have had in Bali, and I have been travelling here for over 15 years.

Beautiful grounds and the private pool was a nice bonus. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Nothing, all aspects were Good and I would return and stay again

The Udaya is beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The grounds are incredible so many walk ways leading to different areas and the pool is lovely. The staff were great, very helpful. The free shuttle in and out and of Ubud was excellent and so convenient. There is a shop and a laundry and a few other places right next door to the hotel so don’t worry about not being right in town.. you definitely won’t regret it!

Not that I didn’t like it but definitely something to be mindful of is the stairs. There are a lot of them. We stayed in a normal hotel room and didn’t have too many to navigate but if you opt for a villa it might be worth asking about the stairs if they will be an issue for you.
