O hotel é magnífico! Sua arquitetura é deslumbrante, o serviço então espetacular, funcionários muito solicitos e educados! O hotel fornece inúmeros serviços dignos de hotel 5 estrelas. Eu amei as aulas de yoga matinais gratuitas. Tambem fiz o hammam no spa que foi maravilhoso! Comemoramos nossa lua de mel e não poderíamos ter escolhido um melhor lugar! Voltaria 1000 vezes

“Very mixed feelings”
The hotel is beautiful, and I absolutely loved our villa. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome.
We both suffered food poisoning after eating oysters at Akasa, and I was seriously unwell for more than a week. I requested a refund for the dinner several times, but despite repeated promises to follow up, I still haven’t received a refund or a clear resolution and have had to keep chasing the hotel. The lack of follow-through on such a serious incident has been extremely disappointing and overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.
