“Great Location, Beautiful Views, and Helpful Staff”
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room was nicely designed, and one of its highlights was the large panoramic window, which offered a beautiful view of the surrounding buildings. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Another positive surprise was the airport taxi arranged through the hotel, which turned out to be cheaper than Uber.
“Great Hotel - Hit the ground running”
Great location and multiple amenities on various levels of the hotel. Location is great for sites, quick bites, walking distance to Times Square, theatre and restaurant's. Free water bottles everyday is a really nice perk when you're out site seeing. The room was always tidy when we returned.

A few things to improve or keep in mind: Shower: The water pressure was quite weak, and the showerhead and handle seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Storage space: While the room is well designed and comfortable for a short stay, storage space is limited. For a stay of a week or longer, this could become inconvenient, especially if you're traveling with larger suitcases.

Direkt am Times Square. Vieles kann zu Fuß gemacht werden, von dem UN-Besuch über Grand Central Station, New York Library…U-Bahn direkt an der Straße. Zimmer im 25. Stock, mit Aussicht, aber nichts für Leute, die nicht schwindelfrei sind. Bodentiefe Fenster…. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage, Kaffeekapselautomat, Wasserflaschen täglich, Kühlschrank.
Recht laut im Hinblick auf Fahrzeuge mit Sirenen. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ Max eine 2 von 5. zudem gibt es nur Gutscheine über je 25$, mit denen man nicht vernünftig frühstücken kann. Leider kein Buffet. Zimmer ist für 2 Pers recht klein.

Su ubicacion era genial, a minutos andando de Times Square y el metro justo enfrente del hotel. El personal amable y la limpieza de la habitacion impecable.
