The staff was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean an roomy. Shower pressure was amazing. Location perfect. Breakfast was awesome. They held ours bags even after we checked out, great service! Also loved tge rooftop bar, we didn't partake in any drinks but were allowed to enjoy the atmosphere and view at night. Beautiful views
The price of a bottle of water in room. They did give us 2 complimentary bottles at desk. Overall its a small complaint for a fabulous stay. We were able to doordash water.
Mycket bra
stanza grande per lo standard di Ny. Bagno grande.
La colazione è poco ricca, sono stato li 4 giorni e ho sempre trovato lo stesso cibo. Serve più varietà di offerta, altrimenti diventa povera e noiosa

We were in a handicap room (did not ask for a handicap room) and the floor got so wet after showers. There was no mat to put down so we put towels down to avoid slipping on the floor.
