Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park

Location and we had stayed there 3 years ago.

Room we’d booked wasn’t that allocated and once it was changed it was a number of floors lower and with a poor view. It was also very shabby with poor quality shower and towels. Kitchen smelled bad.

Breakfast is good, location is very good.

No hot water and no stable internet. Internet works randomly. Price paid a night for no hot water and no internet is a stretch.

Great location, clean rooms.

They dont offer any bathroom amenities and and bathrobes, only small towels. No complimentary water in the room. Lobby/reception area always too crowded and the stuff not friendly - some even rude.

We were able to drop our bags in the morning since our check in wasn't until the afternoon. Staff was helpful, no mix ups with anything. Location was great. We walked to the Met and to times square from the hotel and it was not bad at all.

I noticed it was fairly humid in the room, I am in the HVAC industry and can notice those things a little easier than most. It seemed that the room's unit was working properly so must be a building issue. Not a deal breaker though.

Ottima posizione, attaccata al teatro Broadway e a Times Square e vicino a diverse linee della metro. Comodissimo per girare la città a piedi e in metro.

Devo modificare la mia recensione in negativo perché la struttura mi ha prelevato due volte l'intero importo del soggiorno e nonostante gli abbia inviato diverse mail non ricevo risposta!!
