“Amazing location, steps from Times Square and minutes from Broadway theaters!”
The location was everything! It’s close to so many theaters, restaurants and subway stations. It was very convenient to be minutes to a few blocks away from theaters for matinees and evening shows. It was also a very spacious room. The bed was so comfortable to fall asleep in. The room was also very clean and house keeping staff were hospitable and thorough.
“Comfortable bed, nice position, but the hotel badly needs renovation”
Very Comfortable bed, large room

The free WiFi was a bit slow so I ended up using my unlimited data plan for most of the stay.
Harika
Location, location, location. We are in New York to see Broadway shows, and you can’t get any closer to Broadway!
The hotel was renovating the lobby, so the main entrance was on 45th St. Hotels have to renovate from time to time, so this is understandable. The Hotel did everything to make it as convenient as possible, so it was a minor concern once we understood the situation.

Wie haben ein verschimmeltes Zimmer bekommen!
Das ein Zimmer ein Wasserschaden hat und Gäste solch ein Zimmer erhalten ist eine Riesige Frechheit!

Location, convenient for work
No water, no coffee, no additional toilet paper. I called housekeeping to ask for water when I got to the room. They forgot about it and for my entire stay there was no water
“Great for location and views but not for comfort”
Location was a killer, very close to all broadway theaters, Room was very spacious and view from high floor is a great bonus. Surprisingly, I didn't have issues with waiting for an elevator but I recommend to avoid high peak hours like 11am (checkout time). It was possible to store a luggage on the checkin and chckout days. And staff was very friendly.
The hotel is very old and basic equipment like a fridge or a kettle to make tea were missing. When I stayed there, the hotel was being renovated so some elevators were not available (I think it must be more difficult to catch an elevator down when you stay on lower floors).
