Temizlik9.5Generally positive: multiple guests mentioned rooms were clean and well maintained, though a few noted minor maintenance issues (broken curtain, drawers) that affected perceived upkeep.

Hizmet9.9Strong positive: staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and accommodating; transfer service to JFK noted as available.

Konum10.0Excellent: many guests praised the central location (close to subway, Times Square, Central Park) and enjoyed city views from higher floors.

Oda kalitesi7.8Mixed: some rooms are spacious (including accessible rooms) with great views and good beds, while others are small; several guests reported corridor/street noise and inconsistent room sizes.

Olanaklar7.2Some shortcomings: building amenities are basic (small appliances, basic kitchenware), limited elevators causing waits at peak times, and advertised private parking was not available for at least one guest.

Fiyat/performans6.6Negative sentiment: at least one guest explicitly felt the rate paid did not match room size or level of service/amenities; overall perceived value was below expectations for the price.

Yiyecek ve içecek8.0Mixed: breakfast was described both as good with variety and as pricey; some guests found the coffee and certain breakfast elements disappointing.

Genel deneyim9.8Overall positive: most guests reported an enjoyable stay thanks to location, cleanliness and staff friendliness, though issues such as noise, elevator waits and value concerns tempered some experiences.

Location

Front desk staff could be more friendly to Asian. Their attitude shifts seeing the skin colour.

“Gut, würden wieder das Hotel buchen”

Gute Lage Waren dort schon zum 3. Mal

Diesmal leider kleines Zimmer, für 3 oder 4 Personen ziemlich eng/klein

Yorum

Die Dusche war so schwach, dass sie kaum nutzbar war.

“Fine for one night if needed to be in the area”

Room is simple and cozy.

The hot water in shower wouldn’t go above 30C which is pretty cold for October in New York. I called maintenance 3 times during day and night and it’s never fixed. So I ended up with 2 cold showers.
