“Loved this place”
Loved absolutely everything about this place. The hotel is beautiful and clean, pools are amazing, staff extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the sands restaurant is perfect at sunset. There are also amazing activities during the day, overall a great experience!

The breakfast was amazing and catered for any cuisine. The room was spacious, excellent bathroom and a small balcony to sit on. There are 3 pools the one thing that could be improved is a couple of hand rails for each pool
“Wunderschönes Hotel mit absolutem Erholungsfaktor”
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Lagunenzugang, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Bett ist riesig und sehr gemütlich. Die Dusche ist sofort warm und hat einen sehr guten Wasserdruck. Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und die Mitarbeiter:innen sind allesamt sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.
Leider waren die Garnelen in meinem Caesar Salad nicht gut, den ich mir aufs Zimmer bestellt hatte. Das Ganze hat sich knapp drei Tage lang gezogen.

Decking dangerous in places. Not nailed down properly. No sauna or steam room and no theme nights. Coffee cups too big at breakfast.

The only thing I could say I wasn’t keen on was the wardrobe and safe in bathroom. That also was only a minor dislike. Other than that everything was perfect.

We only used as an overnight between flights. It is convenient both to the airport but also the Kuta shops. We didn’t use but pools look nice. Breakfast on the beachside is nice (but only comes with some rooms, you can pay to upgrade). V extensive buffet.
It is huge and a bit of a rabbit warren. It was hard to find the right lifts and right room (serves me right for saying no it’s fine I’ll take my own luggage!) No hair conditioner in the rooms (but almost every other vanity product you can imagine). This is a basic provision and looks cheap to exclude. Not enough water (although lots of free soft drinks in the mini bar). We would prefer less coke and more water given you can’t drink out of the tap!
