The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The food is incredible and different every day, the staff were all patient and understanding and flexible, the setting was quiet

Guests did not pay attention to recycling

Everything was clean, super friendly staff, very good facilities

Location, cleanliness, and friendly ataff

The staff was very nice and professional

The hotel is not a retreat, not a 5 star, not healthy food, nothing of this sort. Excatly the reasons it was chosen. On top of that the rooms are not clean because I assume it is understaffed for cleaning. The room equipment, switches, sockets are literally collapsing when you touch them. We changed 3 rooms in 4 days and checked out one day earlier. Classic case when description on booking does not match the reality.
