“Exceptional!”
Location was amazing! We gasped repeatedly having been shown to our room with the colosseum view. The bed was very comfy and staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast in aroma was excellent. Loved having a bath in the middle of a busy holiday. Although the court bar and aroma restaurant for evenings is additional to the stay, both are amazing and recommended!

“Too expensive for what they offer!”
The location.
The building work in the building, the noise from building work outside. Nit ideal to be away from the hotel.
“I won't be staying here again, nor would I recommd it. Plenry of other great hotels and/bnbs to stay at.”
There was not much to like about the property. I was placed in one of the apartments a block away from the main hotel.
The apartment was in need of an uplift, shower floor dirty, it was away from the main hotel. It felt like I had booked an airbnb not a luxurious hotel. In fact I could have booked a much better airbnb for the price I paid. Very disappointing end to my trip. Guests don't appear to get any priority for the bar or restaurant - both booked out during my stay. I understand this in relation to the restaurant, but guests should get priority for the bar.
“Super Aufenthalt”
Die Aussicht auf das Kolosseum, vor allem beim Frühstück, ist überragend und der Service macht den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen! Sehr zuvorkommend, hohe Serviceorientierung, super freundlich!
