Location, staff
We were in the accessibility friendly room, which is fine, however the bathroom flooded every use due to no screens, with poor ventilation and smelt mouldy, the lighting throughout the whole room was very dim. The bathroom in the other room was ok therefore it might have just been the room we were in.

De locatie is super. Op loopafstand van alle belangrijke plekken.
Prijs staat niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. We hadden een gratis upgrade van de kamer, volgens de medewerkster. We vragen ons af welk formaat/luxe de oorspronkelijke kamer dan zou hebben. De kamer die we kregen was basis. Niet meer, niet minder. En voor dit bedrag verwacht je eigenlijk wel iets meer.

No me gustó debido a que no nos dieron habitación
Nos mandaron a la otra punta de paris a otro hotel. Porque no les quedaba habitaciónes i nisiquiera nos pagaron el taxi .

The air conditioning worked well, which was important on a hot week.
the lobby was not clean, the bathroom sink did not drain, the room was very noisy due to the busy street below. The hotel was extremely overpriced
