9.2Multiple reviews note rooms and bathrooms as very clean and well maintained; reviewers repeatedly praised room cleanliness.

9.0Staff generally described as friendly, helpful and quick at check-in, though a few guests reported an initially brusque reception experience.

9.6Overwhelmingly praised — described as ideal, perfect, and very close to Times Square and theaters; central for sightseeing.

8.6Rooms cited as comfortable with good beds and modern bathrooms; a few guests noted rooms smaller than expected for booked suite categories.

7.2Elevator congestion and an unexpected fire alarm evacuation were repeatedly mentioned; some practical issues (elevator card access, limited fitness use) lowered this score.

8.4Many guests praised the price/quality (especially breakfast value); isolated negatives include expensive laundry and inconvenience from elevator problems.

9.4Breakfast repeatedly described as outstanding with excellent variety (smoked salmon, yogurt, cereals, fresh juices); efficient seating reduced wait times despite full bookings.

8.2Generally very positive stays driven by location, breakfast and comfortable rooms; occasional disruptions (alarm, elevator delays, one-off reception brusqueness) tempered perfect scores.

“Sofort wieder”
