“We enjoyed the hotel location and visited many interesting cites.”
Our stay was split into two parts at the same hotel. We left our luggage at the hotel for two nights and returned after two nights. It was excellent. Our both rooms were very comfortable.

expensive and cold business hotel in Manattahn , room very small , 350 dollars / days without breakfast. Empty frigo bar , safe box in horrible and unconfortable position, very small wardrobe , only one door , iside iron and ironing board. Location not bad but , waling distance to Groud Zero , Wall Street , Ferderal Reserve. A lot of noise from the road , heavy traffic 24/24

The location in Manhattan is great for the feeling of safety. Our room was perfect temperature wise and enough space for just the two of us. We didn't do their breakfast as there are a lot of good options in the city instead.
While the location is great, it feels far away from everything else in Manhattan and there aren't a lot of food options past a certain time especially on the weekend.

Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to stay at the property, so I cannot comment positively on the accommodation.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center on October 20, 2026. Despite having a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation for four nights, I was denied check-in following a dispute over $250 in luggage storage charges. Before my arrival, I had shipped five pieces of luggage through FedEx with Direct Signature Required. I had not authorized the hotel to accept the luggage on my behalf. Nevertheless, the luggage was delivered to the property, and I was subsequently asked to pay storage fees. The Front Office Manager, Lungelo Gumede, treated me in a condescending and disrespectful manner. He threatened to return my luggage to FedEx and ultimately told me to pay or leave. I felt humiliated and unwelcome. I was forced to find alternative accommodation at a significantly higher cost, causing unnecessary financial loss, stress, and disruption to my trip. Although the hotel processed a refund for my original reservation, the additional expenses and treatment I experienced remain unresolved. I have submitted supporting documentation to Hilton Corporate under Case #285149964. No guest with a confirmed, prepaid reservation should have to experience this.
“Clean in an excellent location”
Room was very clean, EXCELLENT location with plenty of restaurants around, easily accessible to the subway, and the area is very family friendly and safe.
There was only one chair in the room with 2 queen beds, not a lot of room at all for 2 people to move around comfortably, we had a water view but it was terrible-only saw a small peep of the water bc there were other buildings blocking the view.

The location was great, close to Battery Park, subway and Ferry. The hotel itself the amount paid was not worth it at all. The rooms are extremely small. The water pressure in the shower was a drizzle at its best. I stayed three days, two nights. The first night the water pressure was ok. Not great but you could shower. The second night, there was none really. You had to stand under the shower head directly for at least 10 minutes just to rise the soap off. The lighting was terrible. Couldn’t hardly see in the bathroom. Again room for two beds was extremely small. The breakfast, dinner Resturant was not worth the money. Dirty, didn’t clean the tables off. No free coffee, tea just water. Then they only had regular coffee no decaf. For this to be a 5 star it was terrible. Not worth the money. I am a Hilton reward member and I would not recommend or stay here again. Did I mention the name on my reservation was someone else’s and they still didn’t change it. Stay somewhere else’s.
