“Loved Eddie!”
Loved the receptionist, Eddie. He was so helpful. Went over and beyond to get us a room when our flight got cancelled last minute and we even got the date of our booking wrong as we were in a stressful situation. He was solution oriented, kind and super friendly and managed to find us a room. and even give great dinner recommendation nearby and arrange a late taxi! made what was a stressful last night at Rome a pleasant one thanks to Eddie
