9.1Výjimečné351 hodnocení

Čistota9.2Generally described as clean in multiple reviews (one explicitly notes 'Clean'); no widespread cleanliness complaints.

Obsluha9.9Reception and staff repeatedly praised as very helpful, polite and accommodating (help with luggage, storing bags, explaining facilities, porters assisting stairs).

Poloha10.0Consistently praised as excellent — walking distance (around 5 minutes) to the train stations and very convenient for sightseeing and travel.

Kvalita pokoje8.3Rooms often praised for beautiful interior and comfortable beds, but several reports of problematic room layouts (basement/low-ceiling units, under-roof rooms without private bathrooms, small showers, uncomfortable sofa bed).

Vybavení8.2Good kitchenette, laundry and luggage locker mentioned, but notable missing items (no lift, no microwave in some units, no freezer) and some shower/bathroom layout issues.

Poměr cena/výkon8.6Mostly positive recommendations and satisfied guests, though at least one reviewer noted it felt 'tres cher' (very expensive), leading to mixed perceptions of value.

Jídlo a pití9.1Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Celkový dojem9.5Overall very positive stays highlighted: comfortable apartments, great location and friendly staff; most guests highly recommend and report an excellent experience.

“Great location overall, though the open tub and stairs were minor drawbacks.”

Very convenient location close to local attractions and transit.

No elevator access, and the open bathtub layout makes taking a proper shower challenging.
