Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, großer Parkplatz, nette Cafés fussläufig erreichbar und die Metrostation auch in unmittelbarer Nähe

Der Empfang und der Garten. Ein wenig „St.-Tropez-Style“. Leicht und elegant.
Eher gestresstes Personal. Du kannst ein günstigeres Hotel finden für die Art der Zimmer.

We booked this hotel after realised our Airbnb was not available the day we arrived in Paris. The hotel was in a great location in Marias and the staff were really friendly. In fact, I'd say they were the best part about the hotel. They were also great and held our luggage for us while we explored the city.
The hotel was not cheap and although we booked a room with four beds, when we got to the room, we realised there was only a double bed and a single bed. So after calling reception, they delivered a stretcher bed for the fourth guest. Given the price of the room which was for four people, we would have expected the room have a proper bed. The room was incredibly basic and we also had to call up for an iron and ironing board which I would expect in most hotel rooms. The shower went cold pretty quickly and the towels were old and tattered. The room served it's purpose but I'd be disappointed if this was the only place we were staying in Paris.

underground parking was convenient but the entrance to the various buildings and reception area good be nicer.

The location was great and we really felt safe in the hotel with all the issues happening around us.

L'emplacement et la possibilité d'avoir un parking. La literie.
Le manque d'informations de la part du personnel (aucune explication pour l'accès au SPA, ni pour la connexion au wifi). Un employé était dans notre chambre pour y déposer de la vaisselle alors que nous n'avions rien commandé et soutenait que nous étions en tort. Aucune excuse de la part de l'établissement. Plus généralement, et selon notre expérience, l'offre ne correspondait pas au prix payé (buffet petit déjeuner basique, chambre vieillotte et poussiéreuse).

Nice Hotel complex. Great beds. Bath. Safe, decent position.
Here we go: aircon didn’t work. ‘This is how it is.’ Room got so hot 25degrees. Windows open to let air in allowed noise light that woke you. Restaurant and bar: not open Sun/mon. Outside bar shut. No cushions on steel chairs. Bath ok. Shower was a waste of time; pressed against the wall to get wet. Panels falling off. Plug system broke. Nail breaking effort to get it out to drain. Fridge that was a deep freeze; popped or froze solid every bottle and can. Destroyed my insulin injections. Reception looked a total shambles with cases and people half the time. More 2 star than 4star in many ways. Stayed in much better staff attended 2 stars.
