Everything. The staff were attentive, nothing was a problem and catered for all our needs .

It is very convenient location and pleasant with step free access to most areas

The beds were a little hard and I would have liked a mattress topper

Son emplacement au centre de kamari , très près des commerces et de la plage mais aussi très calme et visu. Une déco soignée et de l’espace pour tout le monde autour des piscines( mais nous étions en fin de saison) , un arrêt de bus juste en face pour aller à fira et d’une maniere générale kamari comme base pour santorin . Le personnel très attentionné avec même un surclassement offert. Pour finir un petit déjeuner à la hauteur de notre attente élevée :-) varié chaque jour et avec des produits de qualité et un espace très agréable

Presque rien , sauf peut être le fait qu’à notre séjour en octobre la piscine non chauffée était trop froide mais on s’y attendait

None of the pools were heated. Would have liked the gym to be open at 0700 rather than 0900

The hotel was beautiful and so clean All the staff were so helpful We stayed in the luxury swim-up suite and it was amazing, Aleksandra who handled that side was so kind, polite and extremely helpful Also the day we needed to check out our flight was not leaving until late that night so they very kindly gave us a room to use until we had to leave at an exceptional rate It was a room in the main hotel and was also very nice Overall we had an amazing stay at Kastelli and will highly recommend it
